Plans

StrategyTune has four plans. The full backtesting engine is free for everyone; paid plans unlock AI-generated indicators by giving you a monthly AI credit allowance. None of the chart, replay, custom-indicator-coding, or saved-session features are gated.

What every plan includes

• Tick-by-tick replay across all instruments and timeframes.
• Trading simulation with market / limit / stop orders, take-profit and stop-loss, full P&L stats.
• Custom indicators in code (AssemblyScript) — write your own, no plan needed.
• Built-in TradingView and StrategyTune indicators.
• Saved sessions, cross-device sync (Free included, but requires sign-in).

What paid plans add

• AI indicator generation. Generate custom indicators from natural language across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google models.
• Monthly AI credit allowance. Refreshed every billing period. See Credits for how the allowance is spent.
• Buy additional AI credits. Top up at any time, no markup over provider rates. Top-ups expire one year from purchase.

Changing plans

Plan changes are handled in the Subscription tab of Billing & AI.

• Upgrade. Charged the prorated price difference for the days left in the period; receive a prorated bump in credits immediately. Next renewal charges the new plan's full price.
• Downgrade. Switches immediately. No refund. Existing credits remain available until the period ends. Renewal charges the new lower price.
• Cancel. Subscription stays active until the period ends, then drops to Free. Subscription credits remain spendable until the cutover.

The dialog shows a precise breakdown of what will happen — charges, credits, dates — before you confirm.
